LEGASELLI BREAKS THROUGH AT KEMBLA
Legaselli broke through at Kembla Grange yesterday, and while it was a provincial maiden, it was the way she won that probably pleased us most.
Stepping up to 1600m, she travelled beautifully for Keagan Latham before really starting to build through her gears in the straight. The further they went, the stronger she became, and she was doing her best work through and beyond the line.
She’s always given us the impression that she’ll appreciate getting over further, and yesterday only strengthened that opinion.
She’s still learning, still developing and has plenty of improvement ahead of her, but she’s an exciting staying prospect to have in the stable. We’ll take our time with her and let her tell us where she belongs.
